Terms and Conditions of House of Cufflinks
Welcome to House of Cufflinks By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of House of Cufflinks. 1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. 1.3 Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only valid if they have been agreed with us in writing.
2. Offer and agreement
2.1 All offers on House of Cufflinks are without obligation and while stocks last. 2.2 We reserve the right to change prices, withdraw offers or make items no longer available. 2.3 An agreement is concluded when you have received a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
3. Prices and payments
3.1 All prices on the Website are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. 3.2 Shipping costs will be clearly stated at checkout and will depend on the shipping option chosen. 3.3 Payment can be made via the offered payment methods such as iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. 3.4 Orders will only be processed after receipt of full payment.
4. Delivery
4.1 We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise indicated on the website. 4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by the parcel service. 4.3 If a product is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution (such as a later delivery or refund).
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). 5.2 After the withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product. The costs for returning are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed. 5.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. 5.4 You will receive the full purchase price, including the shipping costs of the outward shipment, within 14 days of receipt of the return, provided that the products are in original condition and not damaged.
6. Returns
6.1 Returns must be registered by e-mail and returned within the set return period of 14 days. 6.2 The products must be in their original condition (unused, unworn and in original packaging). 6.3 If the return does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the full refund.
7. Warranty
7.1 We guarantee that our products meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability. 7.2 If a product is defective upon receipt, you must report this to us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or repair of the defective item. 7.3 The warranty is void if the damage is due to misuse of the product.
8. Liability
8.1 House of Cufflinks is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the products supplied, unless there is intent or gross negligence. 8.2 We are not responsible for any errors on the website, such as price or product information, or for damage caused by the use of products contrary to the instructions for use.
9. Complaints
9.1 If you have a complaint about a product or our services, you can contact us via info@houseofcufflinks.eu. We aim to respond within 3 working days. 9.2 If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR platform.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content of the website, such as texts, images and logos, are the property of House of Cufflinks or its licensors. It is not permitted to copy or use material from this website for commercial purposes without written permission.
11. Governing Law
11.1 All agreements and disputes are exclusively governed by Dutch law. 11.2 Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
