That depends on the factory where the products you want to order are made. Products made in the same factory will be shipped together in one package.

Oops, that wasn’t supposed to happen! Luckily, we’re only human, and mistakes can occur. You can return the product, and we’ll send you the correct one as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, that’s not entirely in our control, but of course you can report the issue, and we’ll send you a replacement product.
