At House of Cufflinks, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order in accordance with the rules of Dutch consumer law. Below you will find our return policy.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This period of 14 days starts on the day you receive the product. After the withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product.
How does revocation work?
- Register your return: Send an e-mail to info@houesofcufflinks.eu within 14 days of receiving your order in which you indicate that you want to make use of your right of withdrawal.
- Returns: Make sure that the product is returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
- Return period: Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notification.
- Return shipping costs: The costs for returning the products are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed.
Return policy
To be eligible for a full refund, the products must:
- Be in its original condition (unused, unworn, undamaged).
- Be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.
Please note: Damaged or used products are not eligible for a full refund.
Refund
Upon receipt of your returned products, we will check them. If the return meets the conditions, you will receive the full purchase amount, including the shipping costs of the outward shipment, back on your account within 14 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
